Since the BLUE BOOK guide is ready for distribution by the end of February, it is necessary that reservations for space be received by December 1^st, with appropriate payment.

Copy for advertisements must be received by December 15^th for publication in the next year's issue.  Rates are for “Camera Ready” copy.  If your advertisement must be typeset, please add the amount indicated under the Typesetting Column below.
